Laura Omelchuk is the Director and co-founder of Education Experts Ltd, a family-run education recruitment agency specialising in placing interim and permanent leadership candidates.
With over 15 years of dedicated experience supporting primary, secondary, and SEND divisions, Laura has built a reputation for prioritising human connection and quality over volume-heavy metrics. Her deeply personal passion for education stems from her own inspiring journey from a council estate upbringing to agency director, driving her commitment to matching the right leaders with school cultures that shape the future of students. In addition to this, Laura is on the governing board of a local Primary school.
Under her leadership, the agency achieved prestigious REC Corporate Membership, solidifying its commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards in the recruitment industry.
